We recommend booking an athlete as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. Planning ahead gives you the best chance of securing your preferred talent for your event. That said, we have successfully arranged athlete appearances within as little as 48 hours’ notice, so even last-minute requests can (potentially) be accommodated.
